Renault Trucks service commitments

All works of less than 1 hour will be carried out while you wait

Should a Renault truck or van require an vehicle diagnosis check (in a workshop or roadside) this will be done in less than 2 hours and resulting repairs, taking less than 1 hour to complete, will be carried out while you wait.

Roadside attendance within 1 hour

The Renault Trucks Network is committed to attend all vehicle breakdowns as reported via Renault Trucks 24/24 roadside assistance service, within 60 minutes of the initial report to our call centre, and we are committed to carry out all repairs, taking less than 2 hours to complete, while you wait.

All works of less than 2 hours will be carried out within 4 hours

Should a Renault truck or van arrive at an authorised Renault Trucks workshop, with or without an appointment, requiring a repair taking less than 2 hours, this repair will be undertaken and completed within 4 hours.

An On-Road Commitment for vehicles under warranty of R&M contract*

Any Renault truck or van, currently under warranty or operating under a Renault Trucks or Renault Trucks Network R&M contract, suffering an unexpected failure (which can normally be repaired within 24 hours), will be covered by Renault Trucks ‘On-Road Commitment’. Operators will receive either a replacement vehicle, or monies equivalent to the ‘hire value’ of a comparable vehicle for each day the vehicle remains ‘off the road’ (up to 3 days).
